General Terms & Conditions of Sale

1 – PRODUCT

Floral by S reserves the right to change the assortment of products in case those chosen at

time of order are no longer available on the day.

2 – PAYMENT

The payment of orders is made:

• Either by bank card, American Express
• Either by transfer

Any order placed must be paid in full at least 5 days before delivery or collection of the goods in store.

For accepted and signed quotes, the buyer must pay a deposit of 50%, the remainder due before delivery of the goods or the requested service.

3 - DELIVERY

Shipping charges may apply.

• Click & Collect pick-up Workshop in Bozel: Free
• In a hotel, private chalet or apartment in Courchevel or Méribel: €12
• Neighboring municipalities: €15
• For deliveries further afield: on quote

4 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER

No modification of the order by the buyer will be possible 5 days before delivery of the goods or collection in store.
In the event of cancellation of the order by the buyer 5 days before the execution of the order, a sum of 50% of the total amount of the invoice will be retained.
After this period, no refund will be made under any circumstances.

5 – RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE

CS Flore retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, principal and accessories.
